Soco, Siège Fabernovel Paris, France 2019

Soco, the headquarters of Fabernovel, a digital consulting and development company, has been the birthplace of innovative projects and applications for organizations like RATP and the Association pour les Personnes Aveugles ou Malvoyantes. The building at 44 rue Saint-Lazare, originally featuring an Art Deco façade that had lost its former charm, was a mismatched combination of two structures that no longer supported modern work practices. The primary challenge in its renovation was to restore both the functional and aesthetic qualities of the space, aligning it with the building’s prestigious image and prime location. Groupama Immobilier tasked RDAI with restructuring this site, which had been occupied by SNCF until 2016 and was intended for office rental. For the sanitary fittings, a selection of brushed stainless steel products was chosen, adding a contemporary touch to the renovation.
