143-153 rue de Courcelles, Mondo involves the major renovation of a property complex located in the heart of the 17th arrondissement of Paris, 5 minutes from Place Péreire and 10 minutes’ walk from Parc Monceau. Restructuring and reconstruction of a two-building complex on rue de Courcelles and rue Pierre Demours in the 17th arrondissement of Paris. The project comprises a renovated 7-storey building with open-plan offices that can be partitioned, a lobby and reception area, a foyer, meeting rooms, technical facilities, a food hall and parking spaces, and a new timber-framed office building with a Business Centre in accordance with Gecina’s YOUFIRST Charter. The washrooms included our wall-mounted R380 tap and deck-mounted R310 model, along with the accessories. All in our Koveta matte black finish. It’s a collection that’s fashionable and surprisingly easy to match with all types of sanitaryware.
