Le Parallèle office development in Courbevoie, led by AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets and Sefri-Cime, allowed to implement a ‘open interiority’ concept in an office complex. By incorporating undefined spaces that go beyond a strict set of specifications, the agency embraced the Freespace philosophy highlighted at the 16th Venice Architecture Biennale by curators Yvonne Farrell and Shelley McNamara. These ‘off-programme’ areas not only serve users but also enhance the building’s connection to its surroundings. Duten products, including the R381 wall-mounted mixer and R346 deck-mounted model, were chosen for this project. Made from brushed stainless steel, they offer unmatched strength and performance, meeting the highest standards for durability and functionality with a minimalist design ideal for high-traffic washrooms.
