Grand Central St Lazare. 254,000 sqft of office, retail and hanging gardens have been added to the Grand Central project at Gare Saint-Lazare in Paris. An innovative project in a bustling district. Grand Central Saint-Lazare, a business and service centre, will open along the railway tracks at Gare Saint-Lazare, on both Rue d’Amsterdam and Rue de Londres. The station, with more than 100 million passengers a year, five metro lines and numerous bus lines, the RER A and soon E RER lines, has played a leading role in this project developed by the Carlyle group on behalf of Union Investment. The architectural design of the project, to be delivered in the first half of 2019, has been entrusted to Jacques Ferrier of the Jacques Ferrier Architecture agency.
