In 2019, the Bourse de Commerce, a listed building located at 2 rue de Viarmes in Paris’s 1st arrondissement, will become one of the capital’s new attractions: a museum dedicated to contemporary art and home to the Pinault Collection in Paris. Designed by the famous Japanese architect Tadao Ando, winner of the Pritzker Architecture Prize, it houses six exhibition rooms, an auditorium, a panoramic restaurant, offices, a VIP lounge and areas for educational workshops. A great deal of attention has been paid to the choice of equipment and sanitary facilities, with architects and contractors being particularly involved.
