A 25-story tower, the bank’s headquarters, stands alongside two office and two residential buildings, each 8 stories high. The stone facade exudes timelessness, while its design reflects both institutional character and modern assertiveness. The façades are crafted to ensure a comfortable work environment, balancing abundant natural light with effective solar protection. Alternating windows offer natural ventilation and energy efficiency, providing every occupant with access to fresh air. The project centers around a green, intimate valley, a secluded space where vegetation and water temper the climate. A garden extends to terraces and loggias on each floor, creating a shared, protective green space that unites the tower with the office buildings. An internal street connects the lobbies and vertical walkways, fostering interaction within a lush, green environment.
