The project is part of a very high energy performance approach. Its curved, tripartite silhouette ensures maximum sunlight throughout the day. Each of its three wings operates completely independently, particularly in terms of air treatment, which means that pressure losses are significantly reduced, generating substantial energy savings. The customer opted for the Duten R360 infrared valve. This contact-free hygienic solution offers real water savings.
The building will be one of the first to be awarded the BEPOS (positive energy building) label and WELL certification for user well-being.
