Strategically positioned at the heart of Casablanca’s emerging financial center, BCP’s head office boasts an enviable location. Situated on Lot 64 at the intersection of Boulevard de l’Aéropostale and Main Street—key arteries of the new Casablanca Anfa district—the standalone tower commands a prominent position to the south of the district’s main public space, adjacent to Anfa Park, the project’s green heart, and aligned with the former ANFA airport runway. The lot extends from east to west, providing the tower with unobstructed facades facing both north and south. The building’s slender form and refined geometry maximize these orientations, which are ideal for office spaces in Morocco. The east and west facades are largely opaque, offering protection from the intense sun. This thoughtful design enhances the building’s energy efficiency by minimizing direct solar heat gain.
