The project is ambitious: on Rue Laborde – in the heart of Paris – to extend and transform the former Pépinière royal barracks into an office complex that meets modern requirements for well-being and environmental protection. The two refurbished buildings and the new seven-storey office building offer 19,000 m² of floor space, plus 4,500 m² of outdoor space. In addition to offices, the complex includes gardens and terraces, a rooftop, a vegetable garden, a sports hall, an auditorium, a restaurant and a library.
